    Monthly/Bi-monthly (dependent on Chapters meeting requirements).

  2. CHAPTER MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORT
    DUE:
    With monthly/bi-monthly chapter business meeting minutes. Submitted on Association of Aviation Ordnancemen Financial Report form of 1 May 1998

  3. CHAPTER END OF YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT  Download BLANK FORM
    DUE:
    15 July. For period 1 June (previous year) thru 31 May (current year). Submitted on Association of Aviation Ordnancemen Financial Report form of 1 May 1998

  4. LIST OF CHAPTER OFFICERS
    DUE:
    1 February. Changes to be sent with business minutes

  5. ROSTER OF ACTIVE CHAPTER MEMBERS (to include name, address, phone number, SSN, AAO membership number)
    DUE:
    1 November. Updates (additions and deletions) to be sent with business minutes

  6. CHAPTER BY-LAWS
    DUE:
    When changed or revised.

  7. NEWSLETTER ARTICLES
    DUE:
    As required by newsletter editor.

  8. ANNUAL CHAPTER REPORT

DUE:

1. To be presented by a Chapter member at the Association's general business meeting, with written copy to National Secretary/Treasurer.

2. In the advent a chapter member is unable to attend the Association's general business meeting the report should be mailed to the National Secretary/Treasurer for him to read at the meeting. Report must be received by the National Secretary/Treasurer not later than two weeks prior to the convention.



AIRCRAFT CARRIERS ONLY

  1. LETTER OF INTENT TO DOWNSIZE
    DUE:
    Start of overhaul. (Only required if Chapter is going to downsize)

  2. LETTER OF START UP
    DUE:
    Upon completion of overhaul if Chapter downsized.
